Delegate Clark moved to amend the bill on page 6, section 3, line 10, immediately following the word “district” by striking the period and inserting the following:

“: Provided, That exempt wholesale generators shall comply with all county zoning ordinances that are not inconsistent with a siting certificate issued by the Public Service Commission pursuant to §24-2-11c or §24-2-1o of this code.
